To be honest I was skeptical about having vent cleaning service because how do you even know if it works?! But we know & love Ryan so we decided to give it a try & I was amazed! We have lived in our house (basically in the middle of a field) for 10 years and he got SO much stuff out of these vents - dust, dirt & cobwebs for sure but also GI Joe's from the previous owners boy, a roll of packing tape & whatever else that had made its way in over the years which was impressive but even better is that we went from having a thick layer of dust in the furniture every day & on all of the fan blades to not having any of that it was worth every penny!! I highly recommend.

Ryan came out and took care of my dryer vent! Not only was Ryan efficient, he was honest. My vents were not as bad as I thought and he made sure to charge me appropriately. He cleaned up and was very professional! Would absolutely recommend, and will be using him in the future.

Vent Works came out and replaced the old flex pipe under our house with ridged exhaust pipe. Then they installed a plate on the floor to transition our vent line in the laundry room for a seamless look. The airflow pushing out the exhaust on the exterior of our home has noticeably increased and the dry time of our clothes has improved by 10-15 minutes saving us $$$ on our energy bill! Highly recommend anyone who hasn’t had this type of service done in the last 3-5 years to give Vent Works a call.

I went to a known heating and cooling place to get my new furnace and duct work. We pay good money to be able to have service calls and what not. But we had an animal tear a duct down in our basement over a week ago and they couldn’t get here til this morning to check it out. So I’d like to give a big shout out to my son in law Ryan Hottinger with ventwork llc. He came out right away and got our duct hung back right and our technician this morning looked at it and told us that if his business didn’t work out to give him a call.
