Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 22, 2026
Ventworks LLC ("Ventworks") respects the privacy of its customers, website visitors, and recipients of its communications. This Privacy Policy explains how Ventworks LLC collects, uses, maintains, shares, and protects information submitted through the Ventworks website, service-request forms, phone calls, text messages, emails, and related business communications.
1. Information We Collect
Ventworks LLC may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:
- Your name.
- Your phone number.
- Your email address, when provided.
- The type of service you are requesting.
- Information about the issue or concern you describe.
- The service address, city, and state.
- Your preferred method of contact.
- Information contained in calls, text messages, emails, estimates, scheduling records, and service records.
- Text-message enrollment, consent, confirmation, HELP, opt-out, and re-enrollment records when applicable.
The website and its supporting systems may also automatically receive limited technical information, such as your internet protocol address, browser type, device information, date and time of access, referring page, basic website activity, cookies, and system logs.
Please do not submit sensitive information that Ventworks LLC does not need to provide service, such as Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, medical records, or government identification numbers.
2. How We Use Information
Ventworks LLC may use information to:
- Respond to service requests and customer questions.
- Determine whether a requested address is within the service area.
- Discuss the work a customer may need.
- Prepare or discuss an estimate.
- Schedule and perform services.
- Communicate about appointments, estimates, services, or customer concerns.
- Provide customer support and service-related follow-up.
- Send limited operational alerts to authorized recipients who have separately and affirmatively enrolled in that alert program.
- Maintain records of text-message consent, enrollment, HELP requests, opt-outs, and re-enrollment.
- Maintain customer, service, warranty, insurance, tax, accounting, and business records.
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and protect the website and supporting business systems.
- Prevent misuse, fraud, unauthorized access, or other harmful activity.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
Ventworks LLC does not use customer information for recurring automated marketing-text campaigns or recurring promotional-text campaigns.
3. Customer Calls and Service-Related Text Messages
When you provide a phone number and request contact from Ventworks LLC, Ventworks LLC may contact you by manual phone call or manual text message concerning your request.
These customer communications may include:
- Responses to questions.
- Discussions about the requested service.
- Service-area confirmation.
- Estimate discussions.
- Scheduling coordination.
- Appointment or arrival information.
- Service-related updates or follow-up.
Ventworks LLC does not currently use prerecorded customer calls, artificial-voice customer calls, AI-generated outbound customer calls, automated customer appointment-text campaigns, or automated customer marketing-text campaigns.
Submitting the public service-request form, providing a customer phone number, or requesting contact does not enroll a customer in recurring or automated SMS messaging.
A customer may ask Ventworks LLC to stop sending manual service-related text messages by telling Ventworks LLC directly. Stopping text messages does not prevent Ventworks LLC from responding through another appropriate method when necessary to address an active request or provide a service the customer requested.
4. Ventworks LLC Operational Alerts
Ventworks LLC operates a separate, limited, non-marketing SMS program called Ventworks LLC Operational Alerts. The program sends service-request and account-related operational notifications only to authorized recipients who have separately and affirmatively enrolled through a documented enrollment process.
Operational alerts may state that a website service request was received and may include limited information such as the customer name, requested service category, or a prompt to review the related business record. These alerts are sent only to authorized recipients responsible for reviewing or handling Ventworks LLC business activity.
Message frequency varies based on operational activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive operational alerts is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
An enrolled recipient may reply STOP to cancel operational alerts or reply HELP for assistance. After an opt-out request is confirmed, no additional program messages will be sent unless the recipient later completes a new affirmative enrollment.
Additional program rules are provided in the Ventworks Terms and Conditions.
