These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ventworks website, your submission of a service request, and services provided by Ventworks LLC. Ventworks is the customer-facing name used by Ventworks LLC. By using this website or agreeing to receive services from Ventworks LLC, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the website or submit information through it. Separate written estimates, invoices, service agreements, or other written terms provided for a specific job will also apply. If those job-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the job-specific terms control for that service.

1. About Ventworks LLC

Ventworks LLC is an Ohio business serving homes and small businesses near Wilmington, Ohio and communities across Clinton, Highland, Fayette, Greene, and Warren counties. Service availability at a particular property is subject to confirmation.

2. Services

Ventworks LLC provides HVAC air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and dryer vent repair. The exact scope of work for a particular job will be described in the applicable estimate, invoice, service agreement, or other written confirmation.

Ventworks LLC does not agree to perform work outside the confirmed scope merely because a condition is mentioned in a service request, phone call, text message, email, or website submission. Additional work requires separate review and approval.

3. Website Use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the website, access restricted systems, submit false or misleading information, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy website content through automated means, impersonate another person, or use the website in a manner that could harm Ventworks LLC or another person.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute a diagnosis of a property condition, a promise that a particular service is appropriate, or a guarantee of a particular result.

4. Service Requests and Communications

Submitting a website form, leaving a message, sending an email, or otherwise contacting Ventworks LLC is a request for review. It does not create an appointment, guarantee service availability, establish a final price, or require either party to proceed.

Ventworks LLC may contact you by manual phone call, manual text message, or email to discuss your request, confirm the service area, ask questions, provide an estimate, coordinate scheduling, or address service-related matters. Providing a customer phone number through the public service-request form does not enroll the customer in recurring or automated text messaging.

5. Estimates, Scheduling, and Changes

Estimates are based on the information reasonably available when they are prepared. Conditions that are concealed, inaccessible, unsafe, or materially different from what was described may require a revised scope, price, or schedule. Ventworks LLC will seek approval before performing material additional work that changes the agreed scope or price.

An appointment is confirmed only when Ventworks LLC expressly accepts the requested date and time. Arrival times may be affected by weather, traffic, prior jobs, emergencies, equipment issues, property access, or other circumstances. Ventworks LLC will use reasonable efforts to communicate material delays or scheduling changes.

A customer who needs to cancel or reschedule should contact Ventworks LLC as soon as reasonably possible. Any job-specific cancellation, trip, deposit, or rescheduling terms will be disclosed before they apply.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information, identifying known hazards or access limitations, securing pets, providing lawful access to the property and relevant systems, and maintaining a reasonably safe work area.

The customer must disclose known damage, contamination, infestation, hazardous materials, structural concerns, electrical concerns, fire risks, or other conditions that may affect the work. Ventworks LLC may pause, decline, or stop work when conditions are unsafe, outside the agreed scope, or reasonably require another qualified professional.

7. Payment

Charges, payment timing, accepted payment methods, deposits, and any other job-specific payment terms will be stated in the applicable estimate, invoice, service agreement, or other written confirmation. Payment is due according to the timing stated in those job-specific documents or communications.

The customer is responsible for authorized charges for completed work. Questions about an invoice should be raised promptly so the parties can review the issue and the service record.

8. Service Results and Existing Conditions

Ventworks LLC will perform agreed services using reasonable care. Cleaning and repair results depend on the condition, design, age, accessibility, maintenance history, installation, and existing damage of the system or property.

Ventworks LLC does not guarantee that cleaning or repair will correct conditions caused by unrelated mechanical problems, improper installation, structural defects, moisture intrusion, pests, hazardous materials, inaccessible components, customer misuse, or work performed by others.

Concerns about completed work should be reported promptly and with enough information to allow Ventworks LLC a reasonable opportunity to inspect and address the concern.

9. Ventworks LLC Operational Alerts

Ventworks LLC operates a limited, non-marketing SMS program called Ventworks LLC Operational Alerts. The program sends service-request and account-related operational notifications only to authorized recipients who have separately and affirmatively enrolled in the program. Customers who submit the public service-request form are not automatically enrolled.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

Messages may notify an authorized recipient that a website service request was submitted and may identify the customer name, requested service category, or a prompt to review the corresponding business record. Message frequency varies based on operational activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive operational alerts is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Opt out: You may cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP. Ventworks LLC will send a confirmation message acknowledging the opt-out request. After that confirmation, no additional program messages will be sent unless you later re-enroll.

Rejoining: To rejoin after opting out, use the same enrollment method through which you originally consented or contact Ventworks LLC and complete a new affirmative enrollment.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Ventworks LLC administers the program in accordance with applicable federal and state law and relevant telecommunications-industry standards. Program enrollment, opt-out requests, and messaging consent are handled as described in the Ventworks Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

The website design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, and other original website content are owned by or licensed to Ventworks LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes related to evaluating or requesting Ventworks LLC services.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, or use substantial portions of the website content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

11. External Links and Services

The website may link to maps, reviews, social-media pages, payment providers, or other services operated by separate organizations. Ventworks LLC does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, or practices. Use of an outside service is subject to that service's own terms and policies.

12. Privacy

Collection and handling of personal information are described in the Ventworks Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its informational content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Ventworks LLC does not warrant that the website will always be available, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose.

Nothing on the website replaces an on-site evaluation or advice from an appropriately qualified professional when a condition falls outside Ventworks LLC's agreed services.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ventworks LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use or an agreed service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ventworks LLC's aggregate liability arising from a particular service will not exceed the amount paid to Ventworks LLC for the service giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where applicable law does not permit them.

15. Indemnification for Website Misuse

You agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, your deliberate submission of false information, or your violation of another person's rights. This section does not require a customer to indemnify Ventworks LLC for Ventworks LLC's own negligence or misconduct.

16. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by law, a legal action concerning these Terms or services provided by Ventworks LLC must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Clinton County, Ohio.

17. Severability and Waiver

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

18. Changes to These Terms

Ventworks LLC may update these Terms when its website, services, technology, messaging program, or legal obligations change. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Changes apply from the effective date shown on the revised page.
